MEDIA RELEASE AGREEMENT

1. Grant of Rights

By signing below, I grant NZ Builder Media Ltd. permission to use any footage, photos, or recordings of me, including material already captured, for promotional, educational, or commercial content across all platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media, websites, advertisements, and printed materials. I understand this content may be edited and used indefinitely without further approval or compensation.

2. Scope of Use

The content will primarily be used to promote, educate, or inform audiences about building processes, services, and projects related to NZ Builder Media Ltd.

3. Moral Rights Waiver

I waive any moral rights I may have concerning the editing, alteration, or use of the content, provided it does not defame or misrepresent me.

4. Withdrawal of Consent

I understand that I may withdraw my consent in writing, and NZ Builder Media Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to cease future use of my likeness where possible. However, I understand that previously published content may remain in use.

5. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data collected during the filming process will be handled in accordance with the NZ Privacy Act 2020 and will not be shared without my explicit consent.

6. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold NZ Builder Media Ltd., its employees, and contractors harmless from any claims by third parties arising out of my appearance, statements, or actions in the content.

7. Release of Liability

I release and discharge NZ Builder Media Ltd., its employees, and contractors from any claims or demands arising out of or in connection with the use of my likeness as described above.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
